Fried Mushroom

Ingredients:

5 Mushroom ( Breakfast mushroom in this recipe), 1 egg, Milk,  parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs (you can use gluten free breadcrumbs if celiac)

Preparation Time:

10 minutes

How to do:

Put the egg, some milk, salt, pepper and the other spice in a bowl and mix togheter with a fork.

Peel the mushroom and take off the stem

Wet all mushroom in the mix of egg and milk and put in the breadcrumbs ( Twice)

Always handle the mushroom in a gentle way, otherwise you can break it…how you can see 🙂

Now you can put the mushroom in a fryer (or in a pan with oil) and fry for 2 minutes (ish) both side. (temperature of the oil around 170)

Dry mushroom and serve with parsley and parmesan on the top (and extra vergin oil if you like it)
