500 gr Minced Pork, 500 gr Minced Beef, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, basil, parsley, garlic, smoked parpika (you can add other spices or remove some, it’s up to you)
Preparation time :
25 mins for 30 – 35 meatballs
How to do:
Put in a bowl the minced pork and minced beef and start to mix together with hands.
Add salt, pepper and the other spices ( quantity of spices it’s up to you). After I’ve added all the spices, usually I make a tiny meatball and cook rapidly for checking the taste.
Take 30 gr (ish) of meat and make a meatball using two hands.
Little tip: wet your hands to avoid meat sticking in your hands.
Continue making meatballs until you finish the meat.
If the meat was fresh, you can freeze your meatballs and use them when you need.
You can cook with our fantastic tomato sauce (next Monday the recipe) or fried them. You try it, you love it.
These meatballs are Gluten Free.
If you fried them, you have to pass the meatballs in the breadcrumbs. (you can use also GF breadcrumbs)
