1 Lt Passata
1 Can of peeled tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sugar, parsley, garlic, extra vergin oil
At least 1 hour
How to do:
Put passata and peeled tomatoes in a pan.
Add extra vergin oil and garlic stir and then add all spices, salt, pepper and sugar ( to reduce acidity of tomatoes ).
Stir all and let cooking for 30 minutes (electric hub low/medium power – gas min).
After 30 min taste the sauce and if need add salt or sugar or other spices.
Let cooking at least for other 30 minutes.
Your tomato sauce is ready.
Tip: you can frozen the tomato sauce and use it when you need.
